Join Needle as an Account Growth Strategist!

Needle is redefining how lean DTC brands achieve enterprise-level growth. Our AI-powered marketing system replaces the chaos of 10+ tools, agencies, and freelancers with one intelligent platform that gets smarter every week. Brands using Needle grow 177% in a year while cutting marketing costs by 62%.

We've raised over $2MM from top investors and we're scaling fast. We need an Account Growth Strategist to steward multiple client accounts, set strategic direction, and ensure every brand we touch becomes undeniable.

You won't be building calendars or writing copy day-to-day... our AI handles execution. Your job? Set the vision. Green-light what elevates each brand. Kill what doesn't. Drive growth. And yes, step in hands-on when early-stage reality demands it.

Are you the Account Growth Strategist we’re looking for? 👀

✅ Do you have 5-7 years leading growth strategy for DTC brands... either as a Marketing Lead/Head or Senior Strategist at a top agency?

✅ Can you instinctively connect value prop to differentiation to customer psychology to channel strategy without needing data to prove your instinct?

✅ Do you have brand intuition... i.e., can you sense when a campaign feels off-brand before it launches?

✅ Are you comfortable guiding AI-powered execution instead of doing the work yourself (but capable of stepping in when needed)?

If yes, fill out the form below! If it's a match, someone from our team will reach out.

Where are you based?

This is a remote role, but if you're in LA, Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur, we co-work once a week with the team.

Walk us through a strategic pivot you led for an e-commerce brand that drove measurable growth.

How do you decide what creative concepts to green-light vs. kill... especially when you're not the one executing them?

You're reviewing a brand's upcoming campaign. The performance metrics look strong, but something feels off-brand. What do you do?
