We’re looking for an experienced Growth/Marketing Lead with a strong growth marketing background to join our team! As part of a fast-growing startup backed by Iterative, Ethos Fund, and Goldbell, you’ll play a key role in helping brands scale through AI-powered marketing execution.

✅ Do you have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, account management, or performance-driven campaigns for small to medium e-commerce brands? ✅ Can you assess a DTC brand and build a strategy that drives real performance, not just pretty campaigns?

✅ Can you lead a team to execute performance marketing like you would yourself — and step in hands-on when needed?
